Unregistered Sale of Securities - update

Earlier in Sept, Century Aluminum filed a form 8-k for the unregistered sale of equity securities...on Monday, September 21st another form 8-k was filed and it appears the same number of shares (1.9 million) will be issued but for approx. $22 million instead of $21 million.
